KRCS addressed a great attention to the humanitarian conditions in Somalia, where a large sector of the population suffer from the hardship of drought and starvation.KRCS offered numerous aids in many years, including the intensive aids it offered to the affected people in November 2012, following the starvation and drought affecting large parts of Somalia. KRCS’s projects in Somalia include the fasting breakfast project in 2014 through which meals were distributed throughout the month of Ramadan to approximately 240 thousand persons and supplying Banader Childhood and Maternity Hospital in Mogadishu with a power generator for supplying power to the hospital. KRCS built six orphanages and drilled 15 fresh water wells in Samoland area and its adjacent villages.
